Crafted of brushed stainless steel, it’s designed with a centre cone that can be filled with liquids, herbs or a can of beer to infuse the chicken with moist, delectable flavour. Perched on top, fat drains away and the skin browns beautifully. The perforated tray offers plenty of room for roasting potatoes and vegetables while cooking the bird. Two side handles enable safe and easy handling, even when wearing mitts.

• Roasting pan and handles will get hot. Always use mitts when handling.
• Safe for use up to 300°C.
• Metal utensils can be used. Always use heat-resistant utensils.
• Before first use: Wash in hot, soapy water with a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse in hot water and dry thoroughly.

Care

• Dishwasher safe.
• To handwash, wash in hot, soapy water. Rinse well and dry immediately.
• Do not use oven cleaners or cleaners with chlorine bleach.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
• Nylon scrubbing brushes or pads can be used but may scratch the finish.
