Casamigos Cocktail Mix, Ginger Lime Mule

For the ultimate craft cocktails, we partnered with Casamigos – the award-winning, ultra-premium tequila and mezcal label from George Clooney and Rande Gerber. This Ginger Lime Mule mixer combines fresh ginger juice and puree with lime, lemon and mandarin orange juices to produce a refreshing blend with warming sweet-tart flavour. Simply add ice and Casamigos Reposado or Blanco Tequila, then shake and garnish with a slice of lime and candied ginger.

• 750 ml (makes approx. 8 servings).

Ginger Lime Mule In a cocktail shaker, combine 90 ml cocktail mix and a 60 ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila. Add ice and shake or stir until well chilled. Strain into a copper mug, add fresh ice cubes and top with a splash of ginger beer, if desired. Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger skewered on a cocktail pick and serve. Makes 1 drink. Or, for a more tequila-forward cocktail, use only 60 ml cocktail mix.
