Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. When using double burner items on induction cooktop, stove should have bridge element to prevent cookware from heating unevenly.
- Oven and griller safe.
- Each time you use pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.
- Always heat both ends of griddle evenly.
Care
- Wash, dry and rub with cooking oil. A little soap is welcome.
- Store in dry location.
