Suggested Uses/Why We Love It: Enjoy homemade ice cream in under an hour – it’s so easy with our premium mix for this traditional favourite. Use it to make ice cream cakes or sandwiches with your favourite home-baked cookies, or add hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts for a classic sundae. For a non-dairy version, make it with coconut milk.

Net Weight/Yield: 460 g (makes just under 2 litres)

Ingredients: Sugar, semisweet chocolate flakes (chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin, vanilla), calcium silicate, sea salt, natural vanilla flavour, natural peppermint flavour.

This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, soy.

Use & Care: Store in cool, dry place.
